EARLY CHILDHOOD - 5TH // SCHOOL BEGINS AT 8:10 AM
Arriving by 8:00am will give your scholar enough time to have a great start to his/her day.
EARLY CHILDHOOD - 5TH // SCHOOL ENDS AT 3:10 PM
Arriving by 3:05pm will ensure your child is able to be picked up from carline on time.
6TH - 12TH // SCHOOL BEGINS AT 8:30 AM
Arriving by 8:20am will give your scholar enough time to have a great start to his/her day.
6TH - 12TH // SCHOOL ENDS AT 3:45 PM
Arriving by 3:40pm will ensure your child is able to be picked up from carline on time.
ALL GRADES // TARDIES
Late? Please stop by the front desk to get a tardy slip in order to enter the classroom.
Excessive tardies can result in dismissal from school.

Elementary Parents MUST arrive by 2:30pm for early release; middle & high school by
3:00pm. All scholars must be signed out at front desk.
CARLINE & SCHOLAR PARKING EXTENDED CARE
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY TEACHER COMMUNICATION
We will discuss carline drop off and pick up at
our Orientation, as well as send out maps via
email. We will also communicate parking pass
information to scholars who drive themselves
to campus. For carline, each car will need an
OSOTA card for pick-up. Safety is a top priority
here at OSOTA so we have guidelines that also
need to be followed during drop-off and pick-
up.
In case of emergency, such as a weather
alert or school closing, we will update the
school website and Facebook page with any
notifications, as well as send out a ROBO
CALL. If you have an emergency and need to
contact personnel during extended care call
the front desk 407-774-0168.

We offer Early Morning Care 7a.m.- start of school
and After School Care 3:30p.m. - 6p.m. Depending
on the timeline, your scholar will spend their
morning enjoying activities such as arts, crafts,
puzzles & games, as well as quiet homework or
study time. Outdoor playground fun takes place
in the afternoons. Check out our website for more

Please help us honor our teachers and their families
by communicating via email as much as possible. If
you have a teacher's cell phone, please do not use
it to text them or call past 4pm. Please feel free to
call and leave a message with the front office for a
teacher as well.
