This coming June, Enhesa will be sponsoring
the ‘Global Risk Management Track’ at the IOSH
2014 conference in London. IOSH, the Institute of
Occupational Safety and Health, was founded in 1945
and remains the largest health and safety membership
in the world with more than 40,000 members in
over 100 countries.
The “Global Risk Management” track at the
IOSH 2014 conference will focus on numerous
risk management topics including, (1) the challenges of working across multiple sites and
borders (culture, language, behavior, and attitudes), (2) incorporating increasing regulation
into risk management in a global marketplace
(session led by Thierry Dumortier of Enhesa),
(3) cultural change as a risk management strategy, (4) managing behavioral attitudes and perceptions in low risk vs high risk environments.
In this article, brief examples will cover various
topic areas, highlighting a few key issues global
companies face on a day to day basis.
