Firstly, what is
Audit Protocol?
Enhesa’s
The Audit Protocol is a tool used to
verify compliance with EHS regulatory
requirements. It’s also often used by facilities as a self-assessment tool. Enhesa
regulatory experts compile, support, and
update the regulatory content for the tool
at both national and regional levels. Enhesa delivers the Audit Protocol in an easy to
use Excel ScoreCard or as a datafeed for
an Audit Platform. The Excel ScoreCard
includes an audit results dashboard and
multiple functionalities to report audit findings. The Audit Protocol also includes the
Country Profile service, which provides the

Enhanced pre-screening questions save you time
The Applicability Screening Sheet
will help our customers prescreen their scorecard based on
questions, which are country and
region specific. Our team, to give
our customers a more detailed
screening, has tailored these questions to
help assess if the question is applicable to
the facility. For example in the United
States, you may have thresholds or compliance dates that become applicable to
your facility after you meet a certain requirement. In practice, the questions
would appear as so “Does the facility operate a source of air emissions constructed after 1 June 2012?” This contrasts with
the Audit Scope Screening Sheet, which
works on a global level and filters out nonapplicable
requirements
based
on
Enhesa’s pre-defined headings. A question from this section would be more general and appear as “Does the facility operate a source of air emissions?” These two
features work together seamlessly to save
you time on your compliance audits.
