Enhesa Managing Director Thierry

his presentation he highlighted how the
global regulatory trends impact companies operating in Africa and how from a
business perspective you can anticipate
on them to ensure ongoing compliance.
In recent years, Enhesa has extended the
coverage in Africa for its standard services to more than 25 countries, with project experience in an additional dozen
countries.
NOSHCON 2013 Conference & Exhibition is a well-established annual event
which includes a wide variety of activities
attended by more than 600 delegates. It
is the largest event of its sort in Africa
and already in its 52nd edition. The conference affords local and international risk
management professionals and practitioners the opportunity to share their
knowledge and expertise on the latest
developments in the quest for a risk-free
workplace for all employees.
NOSHCON provides local and international speakers, exhibitors and industry
leaders, as well as safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) specialists
and practitioners, an unrivalled networking opportunity to share knowledge and
expertise on the latest developments in
occupational health, safety and environ-
mental management. The program included more than 40 presentations by
selected and high ly professional specialists on a wide range of contemporary risk
management related topics, such as,
environmental risk management, behavior based safety, occupational health,
occupational hygiene, corporate reputation, sustainability, training and human
resources and risk management case
studies.
NOSHCON is organized by NOSA, a
subsidiary
of
MICROmega
Holdings. This year NOSHCON also introduced two new exciting products to the
NOSA suite: IMS (Incident Management
System) and SAMTRAC e-learning. Elearning is available to companies on a
state-of-the-art, e-learning platform and,
through the partnership with Enhesa,
incorporates local EHS legislation. This
combination of ease-of-use, countryspecific details as well as globally-located
examination centers makes this course
the first globally-equivalent training on the
market and allows multinational corporations to use SAMTRAC International as
the benchmark EHS training course
across all their sites.
