Memory Care Center is Delaware’s first and only dedicated, comprehensive program for
people with memory disorders and their families. Our team includes geriatricians, social
workers, a nurse practitioner and others who work closely with you to provide support,
education and guidance—from diagnosis through treatment. We can arrange
consultations and testing, perform screening assessments, provide caregiver
support and training, and more.
