5CHAIR MOUNTAIN

CLIMBERS
( A ) With a sturdy chair , assume a push-up position . ( B ) Lift one foot and slowly raise that knee as close to your chest as you can . Return to start and repeat with opposite leg .

6PLANKS

( A ) Begin by laying flat with your stomach on the floor and elbows close to your sides . ( B ) Engaging your core , lift your torso , keeping your back straight ( no sagging !). ( C ) Hold this position for 30-60 seconds , depending on your ability .

7SIDE PLANKS

( A ) Lie on one side with legs straight and in line with body . ( B ) Prop yourself up on your forearm so that your body forms a diagonal line , resting your top hand on your hip . Hold for 30 seconds on each side .
