On Saturday, August 6, 2016 we had one of
our own Master Personal Trainers here at HAC
compete in her very first NPC (National Physique
Committee) Bikini Competition.
This is a competition in which female competitors wear a
bikini and are judged by physical attributes including
complexion, skin tone, poise, and overall presentation. Cheryl
competed in the NPC Delmarva Classic/Delaware State
Championships Master Bikini class, coming in first place! We
want to congratulate Cheryl in this incredible accomplishment
and wish her the best of luck as she prepares for her next show
on September 10, 2016.
