SPIN TO LOSE
This 8 week program involves TRX
Suspension Training and Spinning
to help you lose those unwanted
inches and pounds. The goal of this
class is to create a lasting lifestyle
change. Coached by certified Spin instructor, Cheryl Richards,
this class will provide you with a healthy diet and exercise tips and
a daily log book which will help to achieve a better you with

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL
TRAINING
Many of HAC’s Small Group
classes are HIIT (High Intensity
Interval Training) style and offer a
great cardio workout. Small Group
Personal Training classes consist of 4 to 12 people led by one of
our certified HAC personal trainers. What makes this different than
a group fitness class is that you still have a personalized feel with
a limited class size, and the trainer can be with you every step of
the way pushing you towards your goals. Small group classes are
great with friends!
THE SKILLMILL™
A new piece of equipment that just
recently arrived at HAC is called
the SKILLMILL™. This is the first
machine to allow everyday athletes
to improve their power, speed,
stamina, and agility all by using one
single piece of equipment. Currently the SKILLMILL™ is only available in the personal training studio,
but if you’re curious, talk to a Personal Trainer! Our trainers would
be happy to talk to you about the piece and how it works.
