BODYATTACK™: BodyAttack™ is a high-energy aerobics class with moves that will appeal to hard-core exercisers and beginners alike. You will combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. BODYCOMBAT™: An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. BODYCOMBAT™ EXPRESS: A 30-minute version of BodyCombat™. CRT: CRT stands for Cardio Resistance Training. This 50-minute class will alternate intervals of cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout. CYCLE EXPRESS/SPRINT: Learn proper form and technique while you enjoy great music and the full indoor cycle experience in a half hour. GRIT™ CARDIO: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. GRIT™ STRENGTH: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. GRIT™ PLYO: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. HAC TKO: Take Kickboxing to the next level with this intense calorie-burning, muscle-toning cardio workout that incorporates martial arts combinations on and off the bag.
