Method™ has been very beneficial in how I am choosing to train my body . My training has me doing more power-style workouts , meaning lifting a large amount of weight over a short amount of time . After taking my Method™ Test , I found my most effective way of lifting the most amount of weight , while at the same time not totally exhausting myself . Paying close attention to where my heart rate is before each lift has provided me the strength and stamina to lift heavier . The way I worked out previously , I didn ’ t give myself enough of a break in between lifts , and my weights suffered . But knowing what I do now about my heart rate , I am able to more effectively train without losing stamina .
