30 GLOBAL DIVERSITY Leaders in Global Diversity Deloitte Touche (Audit, Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory) has a transparent ‘Diversity and Inclusion Agenda’ at its offices in Africa, Asia, Australia/Pacific, Canada, America/Caribbean, Middle East, Mexico, South America and Europe. Deloitte’s agenda states, ‘we are committed to the development of both existing talent and future talent through initiatives that advance and retain women, attract talent from disadvantaged local communities, support young professionals with on the job training and formal education support’. For six consecutive years, Deloitte Touche has won an award for the Most Socially Responsible Enterprise and is regularly included in the Best Workplace lists in the USA, France and Canada. Leaders in Global Diversity In 2007, PricewaterhouseCoopers increased its workforce by 3%. With 146,000 employees and 766 offices in 150 countries, PwC ‘takes diversity seriously’.
