Frontline and Project Management to return Due to popular demand NECA Skills Centre will again be offering the Diploma of Electrical Project Management and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Diploma of Electrical Project Management This program has been adapted from the mainstream diploma course to meet the demanding and growing needs of the electrical industry. The program is extensive and examines key topics of project management. This program has been developed by the NECA Skills Centre specifically for the industry in Victoria and covers specific electrical contracting management contexts as well as local industry issues and practices.
