appeared at Ringwood Magistrates'
Court charged with carrying out
electrical contracting work when
not registered, carrying out plumbing
work when not licensed by the
VBA as a plumber and engaging a
person to carry out electrical work
when the company was not an
REC. ADRACO Pty Ltd was
convicted and fined $4,000.
» » George Themis of Craigieburn,
unregistered, appeared at Ringwood
Magistrates' Court charged with
carrying out electrical contracting
work when not registered by the
VBA as a plumber and engaging a
person to carry out electrical work
when he was not a REC. Themis
was convicted and fined $2,000,
and ordered to pay an additional
$1,993.10 in costs.
