Descriptive , correlative , psychometric analyses and Structural Equation Modeling were performed for the data analysis . Mean scores obtained from scales by the participants were calculated as 3.71 ( SD = 0.99 ) for organizational virtuousness , 3.25 ( SD = 1.12 ) for perceived organizational support , 3.52 ( SD = 1.00 ) for organizational identification and 3.91 ( SD = 0.70 ) for employee performance . It was found that correlation coefficient value between organizational virtuousness and employee performance decreased from r = 0.61 to r = 0.27 ( p0.05 ) via mediating role of perceived organizational support . Goodness of fit indices were found as x2 = 76.00 , df = 22 , RMSEA = 0.077 , GFI = 0.96 , AGFI = 0.92 , CFI = 0.98 , IFI = 0.98 . According to the results perceived organizational support assumes full mediation on the effect of organizational virtuousness on organizational identification and partial mediation of organizational virtuousness on employee performance levels .
