ave you ever known someone with such a contagious personality? Someone who you can
laugh with at the most simple things. Who feels what you feel as you talk about heartfelt moments
of the past or present. Someone who will genuinely give their time to help someone in need. For
me, fortunately that person is an extermely valued team memeber to Encantado Magazine and has
become an amazing friend and confidant!
The community at large is no stranger to this incredible woman! This month we celebrate her one
year anniversary with Encantado Magazine as our Executive Editor and Public Relations Specialist,
LaLa has been an on-air radio personality, sits on the 2018 Gala Committee for TenderLove Com-
munity Center, public relation rep for True Rest Floatation spa, plus she supports many community
events and people on her “free time”.
As a model citizen, single mother and youthful grandmother, LaLa strives to be the best person
she was the day before. So much so that Jordan Candelaria, creator of The Unicorn Way, recognized
and presented LaLa with the October “Living Truth” Award at her monthly event, Vino Notte. LaLa
is a natural born leader. In a conversation I recall, she expressed her dream to become a motivational
speaker. Many can account and vouch that she accomplishes that on a daily basis. Anyone who has
the opportunity to sit with her on a one on one can easily experience the comforting presence she
