logical Coach. Throughout this
journey, I found that the most
effective way to express truth is
by living through a set of prin-
ciples and practices. Recently,
I have applied these principles
to my health and wellness,
so that I may experience true
wealth (wellbeing + health).
In addition, I have started to
work with individuals on their
health and life goals. I feel that
is my duty to be steward of the
great work. My commitment is
to support people to find prin-
ciples and practices that will
take the to the next level, create
balance, and provide stability
in their life. At the end of the
day, if I can change one life,
I’m doing my job. Remember,
