rience unique is the history behind the colonial style property. Thriving in New Mexico history and enriched
with physical and spiritual memories of Don Solomon Luna, Josefita “Pepe” Manderfield Otero, Maximilliano
Luna, Theodore Roosevelt Manderfield Otero, and Tranqulino Luna. All of these people played an important
role in contributing to New Mexico’s history. The Luna and Otero families date back to the 1530’s, but it wasn’t
till the late 1800’s the two families united into the Luna-Otero Dynasty. The owners of the dining establish-
