Y our success to a healthy lifestyle exists
in never giving up. Oftentimes, we strug-
gle to maintain our health. We are con-
sistently being pulled in a million direc-
tions. So how do we create a lifestyle that
gives us the flexibility to keep it going? I
have compiled a few tips to support you.
1. Come up with an easy meal plan that
you can follow. This includes foods that
you can take on the go. I recommend that
you carry protein bars, protein powder,
and nuts in your car or at work. There
are times when we make unhealthy food
choices as we become famished. Having
healthy options within your reach will
mitigate the desire to choose unwisely.
2. Take breaks and stretch after sitting for
an hour straight. When our bodies stay
dormant, they are not able to digest prop-
erly. Gut health is critical for the body to
function properly. When we move, we
also give our body permission to gener-
ate energy to burn calories.
