Pineapple-Jalapeño Basting Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups pineapple, rough chop
1 jalapeño, sliced in half and ribs removed
3 tbsp honey
¼ cup chicken stock
Directions
Place pineapple and jalapeño in a food processor —
blend until smooth and liquefied.
Place blended mixture into a jar with a lid, add honey
and chicken stock. Place lid on jar and shake well until
all ingredients are combine.
Using a brush, baste the sauce on the chicken as it is
removed from the grill.
