Ever since I was first introduced to food pizza has been of one of my all time favor-
ites. Amore pizza is made in a brick oven which makes for a crisp thin crust. The
handmade mozzarella is creamy and the tomato sauce is light and tangy. My favor-
ite is the primavera this is a pizza it has a light garlic sauce, mozzarella, then topped
with mixed greens, avocado and a red chile vinaigrette. The trophy of the garden is
a mouth watering choice. Roasted red peppers, artichokes, portabella mushrooms
with the traditional tomato sauce or the rose sauce combination of the white cream
sauce and red sauce. Amore offers a beautiful use of ingredients fresh and simple. I
also had the dessert the Dolce de Amore a fried dough topped with honey, chocolate
drizzle and sprinkled with slivered almonds and a dusting of powder sugar. These
were little pillows of heaven on a plate the perfect ending to a amazing lunch.
