Well-being is different for each of us. Are you living your life according to how you define well-being? If you’re not, you’re not alone. Women, as I have observed, often take care of everyone else and consider themselves last. It’s as if we have been programmed that self-love is a selfish thing. Everyone and everything else takes priority. Over time the lack of self-love leads to depression, negativity, and more often than not, being overweight. The truth is, self love keeps you happy. That’s why I had to share what I have experienced, and witnessed through other women, in this issue’s “Keep Thriving” column. Read along, get motivated, and find out how to make

How I define well-being now is far different than I would have described it several years ago. That is until I accidentally discovered the link between emotional and mental well-being and my physical health. I’m now an avid believer that once you make the lifestyle changes needed to take back your physical health, the rest of your well-being just falls into place. It’s almost unavoidable!
