Berry Rocvil Enterprises, LLC is a privately owned
real estate investment company that specializes in
acquiring multifamily apartment buildings in
strategic markets in the United States. The
company’s mission is to identify, acquire and
manage multifamily apartment buildings that
provide cash flow for investors and clean and
comfortable homes for residents in the
community.
What problems were you facing before joining
REIA NYC / WISE
I have always had a passion for real estate, but did
not know how to get started. REIA NYC changed
my life. REIA NYC helped me understand the
importance of determining a real estate strategy
and building a team to help me achieve my goals.
What we did that solve those problems
One of the great characteristics of REIA NYC is the
emphasis on education. Building savvy and
knowledgeable investors is the cornerstone to
REIA NYC. Through this organization I learned
about various real estate strategies and had the
opportunity to interact with knowledgeable
professionals. Through REIA NYC, I was able to
pursue my interest in multifamily apartment
investing. REIA NYC provides a platform for
trustworthy educators to connect with its
members. As a result, I joined the multifamily
investing group to pursue this strategy.
