What problems were you facing before joining REIA NYC / WISE
Prior to joining REIA NYC, I was looking for a way to break the generational cycle of
“working hard.” Don’t get me wrong, I take great pride in my work but I also know there’s
more to life than work. After pursuing my undergraduate and graduate studies, I thought I
was ready to take over the world, with a nice paycheck to prove it. However, reality hit and
having a good grades and attending a reputable school weren’t cutting it. After completing
a real estate boot camp, I searched for a local REIA and found REIANYC online - the rest is
history.
What we did that solve those problems
After joining REIA NYC, I wanted to learn as much as I could from active real estate
investors. In fact, I loved what the association stood for and quickly signed-up as a
volunteer. However, my limited time slowed my potential growth as an investor. After
joining Dr. Teresa R. Martin’s Generational Wealth Zone, I gained a team of 200 real estate
professionals who expanded my horizons in just over a year.
