18 Results you are seeing after using our membership/product/service The results that I’ve recognized being a REIA NYC member and having access to the many benefits are: a growing knowledge in understanding how to succeeding in real estate investing and in my reaching goals. My goals are to retire in the next few years and to manage my multi-million dollar real estate portfolio. Describe what the process of working with Dr. Teresa R. Martin like I’ve tried the “Do-It-Yourself” approach of studying a lot of course materials and listening to auto CD’s; where I only ended up spending a lot of my personal time and becoming stuck and confused in the learning process. I didn’t spend a lot for the Home Study course which advised me to join a local REIA which is when I found REIA NYC; which proved to be priceless in getting on the right path to networking and learning about many aspects of real estate investing. What we did that solve those problems I joined REIA NYC in 2011 where my problem was that I had a lack of knowledge about real estate investing. REIA NYC has and is a valuable source of providing me with committed and knowledgeable leadership, training and education, networking opportunities, and cost saving member benefits. Some of training I’ve received has helped me become successful in understating business entity formation; building a power team, visiting different markets, learning other investment strategies; and the list can go on. The ongoing positive support I received from REIA NYC and Dr. Teresa R. Martin has been instrumental in helping me to stay focused on achieving my investment me goals. There were many times were I felt discouraged in when I would make my first investment deal that would meet the criteria I was seeking; however the process of being accountable and able to easily Dr. Martin., my team leader, and other members has kept me on track to my path for success. How you feel about the end result I’ve closed on 3 multi-family properties so far this year in June, July, and August, where I’ve discovered that the process of closing and achieving desired ROI for my properties is an on-going and challenging process that requires me to make strategic refinancing decisions while trying to increase my profits over time.
