My company's name is MJ Investing and we
invest in real estate using a buy and hold
strategy.
What problems were you facing before
joining REIA NYC / WISE
I had bought a real estate program with the
intention of investing in real estate, Although
the information was overwhelming and I
didn't have a clear direction as to how to really
invest in real estate, I was determined to
purchase real estate. It is said that 97% of all
people who purchase real estate educational
programs never take advantage of them. I
didn't want to become part of that statistic.
After seeking out and becoming a member of
REIA NYC, I received clarity on how to focus on
an investment strategy and how to identify
markets to invest in. I not only received
education, but equally as important, I received
support and encouragement from the
community of like minded people.
