This broker introduced us to the banker who would finance our deals, from there, the
rest was history. Within two months, we were able to buy the two multi-family
properties we wanted to purchase after doing our due diligence.
In addition, just recently with the new real estate model of Strongbook “Turnkey Real
Estate” introduced by Dr. Teresa R. Martin to us, the members, we closed yet on another
property. Within Three years we acquired three properties.
Furthermore, by our association with REIA NYC, we became involved with the Elite
Program, a superior coaching program where one can be coached on how to purchase
bigger multifamily properties. With their help, we are currently in the process of
acquiring a bigger multifamily property. Our fourth property in such a short span.

Dr. Martin tells it like it is. From the very first time we met her, we knew she was a “gogetter” and as well as someone who pushes her members to take action. We listened to
her and practiced what she taught us. Every month, she brings a different topic to the
members. Education is a priority to her and she makes sure that we are kept abreast of
any new economic or political matters that might affect our real estate affairs.
How you feel about the end result
The membership cost that the members pay is nothing compared to the knowledge, the
