A Letter from the EGF Chairman
Dear Members,
The Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) Board of Directors hopes that all golfers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are having a great start to the 2014-2015 golf season.
This is a special time of the year. Not only is the 2014-2015 golf season in full swing across the UAE but also the National Teams are still competing worldwide. The UAE National Juniors’ and Ladies’ Golf Teams competed in the Pan Arab Golf Championship in Cairo, Egypt on October 28-30, 2014. Congratulations to of Abdulla Al Qubaisi, Ahmad Skaik, Saeed Al Balooshi, Mahmood Skaik, Khalil Kashwani, Mohammed S. Abdulla, and Rabab Al Haj who had the honor to represent the UAE at this regional event.
Within the UAE, the EGF Order of Merit Season has started in a promising fashion. With fabulous support at the first six events the fields have had high numbers and strong competition. Continue to support the Federation and the UAE Golf Clubs by taking part in this season long experience. By having the continued support of the UAE Golf Clubs, the EGF golfing community, and the EGF Partners the 2014-2015 season will be a major success.
