Avoiding teen pregnancy, criminal background, gang associations & violence by staying dedicated to higher education. The pair have both obtained college degrees, a host of other health & fitness related certifications and professional membership associations with Business Leaders of America & National Association of Professional Women. Their developing skills in sports & athletics stemmed from their background in Aquatics, serves as the very foundation of Embody Physique Health & fitness as it is presented today.
