Why Hult? Hult stood out as a very practical,

an awesome focus on “global.” I sensed through
my early interactions that Hult aligned closely
with my belief in constant improvement. At Hult,
the job is never done—there is always a better
way to learn, do, or teach.
How has the EMBA program benefited you?
I am more confident in understanding what I
bring to a business. I’m learning to feed my
growth mindset—I’m thinking differently than
before I started the EMBA. I am considering the
bigger picture and following a more holistic
approach to my work. I am hungrily learning
and I don’t think this momentum will stop
post-EMBA.
What was your most memorable experience
at Hult? I remember realizing at the end of my
first four-day course that I had made an
awesome decision to take on an EMBA. But my
most memorable moment was submitting the
assignment for my fifth course, Financial
Management. I reflected deeply on the positive
change that brought me to the point where I
could fulfill the assignment by drawing on
elements from previous courses, and I felt that
all my effort was paying off.
What impact have you seen in your
professional life so far? I’m working what I
learned in the marketing course into my current
role. I now constantly think about the customer
and what they need from our product or service.
And I’ve challenged my business to come up
with a strategy for improving our bread-and-
butter revenue.
