KOFTE
In the simplest form , koftas consist of balls of minced or ground meat ( usually beef , chicken , lamb or pork ) mixed with spices and / or onions .
MANTI A meal made with mince in small slice dough . The dumplings typically consist of a spiced meat mixture , usually lamb or ground beef in dough wrapper , and either boiled or steamed .
LAHMACUN
It is a round , thin piece of dough toppee with minced meat ( most commonly beef or lamb ), minced vegetables and herbs including onions , tomatoes and pasrsley , and spices suach as cayenne pepper , ppaprika , cumin and cinnamon , then baked .
BOREK
Borek is a family of baked filled pastries made of a thin flaky dough known as phyllo . A borek may be prepared in a large pan and cut into portions after baking , or as individual pastries . It is often sprinkled with sesame seeds .
