Then we rebuilt and fitted the
TH350 automatic transmission
and sourced a propshaft!
Luckily I had some tyres laying
about which fitted the original
Trans Am wheels, which we
also brought back to its former
glory.We managed to get it to
the Great British Tattoo show
on the set up day on Friday
the 26th where it went down
a storm and was the most
popular car there.

Now don’t get us wrong there is still a
lot to do to make it drive and handle
nicely and the interior needs to be
restored, which we will be doing in
between other projects, but I think
we proved our class with what we did
complete in 48 hours.”
