Thanks for taking the time to speak to us today , tell us a little about Wild & Sons : Well Wild & Sons is a London ( UK ) based company providing everything possible for American cars of any age from 1901 upwards . We provide servicing , repairs , restorations , custom builds , parts including performance parts , custom engines as well as custom motorcycles and bicycles .
So you are the most published American car specialist in Europe ! I guess this just adds to the list . What would you say has been your highlight publication so far ? Too many to list but I would say it was an honour to get published in foreign mags SA HotRods ( South Africa ) and Ol ’ Skool Rodz ( USA )
If you had any advice for anyone wanting to get their dream American car , what would it be ? If it ’ s a classic car bare in mind they don ’ t drive or run like modern cars without some serious modifications , but they are easier to obtain than you would think . All price brackets - so you can afford it , for not much money an 80s Camaro or on the opposite scale a supercharged 69 Dodge Charger Daytona . ( We offer free advice for buying and finding these cars )
We do love what you do ! Do you like what we do , here at Elite ? Yes we love that Elite are an independent magazine for the alt lifestyle and being an old rocker we are always blasting music from Ozzy all the way up to Metallica daily ... Even our secret Rat Rod we are building for the 2017 Buster Lang show is called “ MOTORHEAD ”.
If you could plan an ideal photoshoot with Elite , what would it be and why ? Get some tattooed beauties with some of our Rat Rods and our own 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix known as “ Rough & Ready ” doing donuts around a model .
Do you have any exciting plans for the future ? Our 67 GTO project will be done by summer 2018 , but we had our 1977 Buick Regal just complete the Pure Rally with FRONT magazine . We will be doing a few Pure Rally events next year with some extreme custom Rat Rods and Kustom cars as well as the 2018 SEMA show .
What would be the ultimate goal for Wild & Sons ? Just keep growing , but always be down to earth and always having time for people .
