How do you stay in such modelly perfect shape ? Exercise ? Diet ? Good genes ? Or luck ? I ’ ve been an athlete my whole life and when I ’ ve not been in sport specifically , I ’ ve just continued to train for health . I like to eat healthily and everything in moderation .
