Eleva8UP was lucky enough to be a few of 400 people who showed up at historical Bryte Park at 8am on Sunday, May 31st to help build a park in a day. Yes, literally. Winning a competition put on by Disney and Kaboom, a group of young students from West Sacramento created the design for what would be a one-of-a-kind Tom Sawyer inspired park. In just 8 hours! 3 tons of mulch later, blood, sweat, and tears of joy brought 400 people in the community together to create Sacramento's own little chunk of Disney
