Raw Sugar


Wash and cut cucumber into thin slices and set aside. Pull mint leaves off of the stems. Cut limes into eight wedges (cut in half; then cut each half into 4 equal wedges.)

Place 1-2 lime wedges and 4-5 mint leaves in a cup. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and muddle ingredients with a muddler (if you don't have a muddler, use the rounded handle side of a large kitchen utensil or the backside of a wooden spoon.)

Add ice on top of muddled mixture, then pour sparkling water to fill. Stir and garnish with cucumber slices to taste.
