Honey Mustard Dressing

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 cup grapeseed oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add all ingredients into a pint jar. Seal jar with lid and shake ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake again before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cup dressing.

Ginger-Honey Dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Add all ingredients into a 8 oz jar. Seal jar with lid and shake ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake again before serving. Makes 1/3 cup dressing.

Italian Dressing

1 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, crushed

Add all ingredients into a pint jar. Seal jar with lid and shake ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake again before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cup dressing.
