Dessert For Dinner

1 cup water

1/2 cup quinoa

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup dried cherries

1/3 cup chopped pecans

Add quinoa to water; bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients, stir, and serve hot.

Serves 2 as meal; or 4 as a side dish.
