How They Met | R5 Event Design’s very own Liza and Raviv first met each other
online. After many long conversations over the phone and through text message, the
two decided to finally meet in person. Neither huge football enthusiasts, Liza and Raviv
ironically ended up attending a football game for their first date. The two had an incred-
ible time, laughing and getting to know one another.
The Ceremony, Reception & Decor | As the bride and groom of an established
decor company, Liza and Raviv took it upon themselves to ship cherry blossoms, branches
and silk florals from Canada to Israel to complete the look for their magical garden
elopement under the stars. To reflect the tropical outdoor setting, the couple placed a ro-
bust chuppah composed of cascading white orchids, white wisteria and plenty of greenery
at the centre of their ceremony. At the reception, clear skies, a full moon and string lights
enhanced the ambience giving it an enchanting glow. The venue, Gan Vradim—translated
to “Garden of Roses”—couldn’t have been a more appropriate location.
