The Reception | For Kristen and Taylor, the only way to describe having 100 close family and friends
gathered together in their favourite place in the world was perfect. Windows encased the space where the
reception took place, allowing the sunset to fill the room with the most magical glow. Guests danced the
night away and took part in a sparkler send off.
The Decor | Inspired by the wilderness of Muskoka, Kristen decided to centre her decor scheme on
natural, woodland elements. Colours included dark green, cream and gold; flowers consisted of ferns along
either side of the aisle at the ceremony; and at the reception, garlands of foliage ran down the centre of
tables. Placed throughout the garlands were romantic quotes collected by the bride on deckle edge paper;
and wooden signage framed by ferns welcomed the guests and helped them find their seats.
