The Reception | With approximately 650 guests in attendance,
Stephanie and Joseph ensured their reception was chock-full of
premium food and entertainment. A choice of pasta stuffed with
ricotta cheese and spinach in a rosée sauce was available for the
entrée along with AAA bacon-wrapped filet mignon with lob-
ster tail in a beurre blanc sauce. For dessert, guests indulged in a
vanilla crème brûlée topped with a chocolate dipped strawberry.
However it didn’t stop there. Late night food stations also opened
serving cake, fresh crêpes, gelato and Belgian waffles. In place of
favours, donations were made to the charity of the guest’s choice.
