homes . The range includes a set of home automation products that are built around the Mi | Home Gateway , which is the central hub for the range .
Launched at the show will be a new Smart Thermostat which works with the company ’ s smart radiator valves enabling customers to make significant savings on their energy bills . The product is easy to install and set up through the Mi | Home app , the installation is a two-wire volt free installation .
The Mi | Home range also includes integrations from major companies such as Amazon and Google to provide our customers with the complete smart home solution at a very affordable price . Discover more on Stand 38 .
Danlers ( Stand 61 ) will be providing details of three new product ranges that can not only save energy and money – but also improve working conditions through the improved control of lighting .
First up , PIR occupancy switches with dimming and corridor function .
These products switch on when an area is occupied and maintain a chosen lux level in the area by dimming the lights in response to changes in the ambient daylight level . There is also an adjustable ‘ Run-on ’ timer which allows the light to be returned to a minimum background level following a period of occupancy .
The company will also showcase its range of High Bay passive infra-red ( PIR ) occupancy switches , specifically designed for the automatic control of lighting loads in areas with demanding mounting heights such as factories , storage aisles , entrance halls and sports halls . They detect the movement of people within the detection zone and control the lights accordingly . The maker says the products are straightforward to install and generally make use of existing wiring , making them suitable for either retrofit or new installations . The high bay controls are available in three types – each with a detection pattern which is optimised for particular applications .
Finally , the maker will highlight its EASYZAPP remotely programmable PIR occupancy switches . Designed for the automatic control of lighting or other connected loads , these controls are remotely set-up or adjusted using a free app on an Android phone or tablet .
EasyZAPP products work as presence detector switches and can be adjusted for settings such as photocell override , time lag and maintained lux levels ( dimmable versions only ).
The phone or tablet can be used as a remote control on / off override or to configure a number of EasyZAPP controls at the same time . These products also make use of existing wiring , making them suitable for retrofit or new projects .
Another company offering energy saving options , will be Ecolighting highlighting its full turn key solutions . The company offers a versatile product range using the latest LED technology , creating bespoke solutions for a large number of applications .
