ED&I EXPO
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
The ED&I networking dinner took place on the evening of 6 September, and
provided a relaxed environment in which industry members could meet and mingle.
Dinner is served
The end of the first day of the expo was
rounded off by the ED&I networking dinner,
a lively night of good food, drinks and
dancing. Guests were given the opportunity
to unwind, mingle and make connections
with other key players in the industry. After
a drinks reception in the atrium, guests
made their way into the dining hall for a
three-course meal.
Show organiser David Kitchener spoke
briefly to thank everyone for their support
of the inaugural ED&I Expo, as well as his
expectations for next year’s show. Looking
to the future, he discussed his plans to
work with the industry to get the most out
of the ED&I Expo in 2018.
He also introduced Tessa Ogle, who
spoke briefly about the work being done
by the Electrical Industries Charity. She
highlighted the charity’s Challenge for a
