Super Rod is encouraging electrical installers to work smarter this summer by
packing a cable jack in their tool bag, for an instant cable spooling solution on the go.
Super Rod’s innovative cable jack product is a spooling device which can support
up to 35kg of weight, yet compacts down to fi t into one 45cm long packaging tube.
The cable jack is supplied with the packaging tube, two aluminium collars and four
fi bre glass legs which are easily assembled into an A-frame; simply slide the
collars onto the 44mm diameter tube, add the cable roll and fi nish
by screwing the legs into the collars. The cable
roll is now lifted off the ground and able to
turn freely.
Ideal for small domestic jobs, the
jack can also be adapted for bigger
jobs where more than one cable roll
needs spooling. Simply replace the 45cm long
packaging tube supplied with a 115cm packaging

product, and the cable jack is now ready to hold

Danlers has announced the launch of its EasyZapp range of PIR occupancy switches.
Designed for the automatic control of lighting or other connected loads, these controls
are remotely set-up or adjusted using a free App on an Android phone or tablet.
EasyZapp products work as presence detector switches and can be adjusted for
settings such as photocell override, time lag and maintained lux levels (dimmable
versions only).
The phone or tablet can also be used as a remote control on/off override, or to

NEW 1,080P WIRELESS CCTV KIT FROM ESP
ESP has added a new 1,080p wire free CCTV kit to its growing portfolio of HDview CCTV
products. The new system has ease of installation and superior quality HD image capture
among its key attributes.
Requiring a power supply at the NVR as well as at the camera, the two-camera CCTV kit
offers Wi-Fi open fi eld range of 150m, with no cabling required between the NVR and the
