Interviews Meet with the Magazine Crew What is your motivation to work in EESTEC International and what do you love about volunteering in it? Agata Skalska Ana-Maria Mironica [article collector] LC Bucharest If I say EESTEC, I say youth, people and a team. When I applied as a BA, I knew this is going to be different than my previous tasks, but I did not know how. What I love about being a BA? Diversity: an international team, the talks with so many and different people all over Europe, the work and the success, issue by issue. This keeps me motivated! For those who did not apply as a BA, I have one advice: it’s a lifetime experience! Dear MagTeam, it was a pleasure to work with you this year. See you in the next mandate! [article collector] LC Krakow The answer is simple and it’s also something I always say when someone asks me why I love EESTEC this much. PEOPLE! They’re unique because they have some special energy we call EESTEC spirit, and nothing motivates me more. Also, the tasks are something I would never experience if I wasn’t a part of the Team and few months ago I decided to take every opportunity I get, because when you don’t take a risk, you’ll never win. Thank you for being with us this whole year! I’m sure that someday, somewhere we will meet. Gerasimos Palaiopanos [article collector] LC Athens Another magnificent issue has been created, proving that the publishing crew has stood up to this challenge successfully. It has been years and years for me working in the team, and the fruits of this bright crew are once more obvious to everyone who browses the new issue: The magazine developers, guided like professionals by inspiring cooperation and passionate dedication, have included the enthusiastic initiatives of EESTEC in academic and social fields, surrounded by an innovative design; enjoy it! EESTEC spirit is filling the air. 32
