Dynamite Clothing Celebrates 15 Years
In a city with no lack of character, it’s not surprising that
Athens’ residents have a knack for expressing crea vity. It’s
this enthusiasm for fash‐ion and one‐of‐a‐kind style that has
in‐formed and inspired Dynamite Clothing over the last 15
years. This locally owned and operated down‐town
bou que—which stocks both vintage and new clothing for
men, women, and nearly every age group—is located in a
spacious, light‐filled storefront on North Jackson Street
between East Broad Street and East Clayton Street.
The store's curated selec on of offerings includes everything
from jewelry to leather jackets, with plenty of designer gems
to be found. Since its doors opened in 2001, Dynamite has
maintained a focus on sustainability (an issue that couldn’t be
more mely in this era of fast, disposable fashion)—carrying
on‐trend recycled clothing, all of which is clean and ready to
wear. Stop by 143 North Jackson Street daily from noon to 6
pm to shop local and check out the store’s regularly updated
new arrivals..... 15 years downtown and coun ng.
