he water tower which serves as a landmark for Athens Technical College as well as support for the Athens‐Clarke County’s
800 MHz public safety radio communica on system antennas recently received a faceli . The tower had succumbed to age
and rust and “Athens Tech” was barely visible. A er ge ng a $78,000 cleaning and pain ng, the water tower can now
proudly display Athens Tech’s new logo.
