Transitions
Jennifer Williams, executive director of
Administrative Services for Fullerton Joint
Union HSD, has retired. Williams also
served as the ACSA district chapter presi-
dent. Assistant Superintendent, Education
and Assessment Services Sylvia Kaufman
will take over the president position for
the Fullerton Joint Union HSD Chapter.
Current principal of La Habra High School
Karl Zener is moving into the FJUHSD
executive director, Administrative Services
position. In addition, Current Assistant
Principal Chad Freeman has been appoint-
ed principal of La Habra High School.

Palmdale ESD has announced two new
additions to school leadership. Melanie
Culver moves from her position as princi-
pal to become director of Early Childhood
Programs. And Janet Simons will now be
the coordinator of Teacher Support, mov-
ing from her position as coordinator of
Curriculum and Instruction.
