Jalón, Quejigares de Gómara Nágima, Riverside of the Duero
and its tributaries are outstanding within the Red Natura
2000 network. There is also a
long list of lakes and lagoons in
the Castilla y León region that
are Listed Wetlands of Special
Interest, aimed at favouring
their protection, out of which
the Monteagudo de las Vicarías reservoir and the Judes
lake are worth a mention.
