Lastly, the main dish was a whole roasted Mediterranean sea bass, including the head. Truthfully I was not expecting this, but the fish was so tender and flavorful. The sea bass was served with fresh, tender asparagus in extra virgin olive oil and perfectly cooked risotto cacio e pepe. The presentation was stunning, almost too pretty to eat but we wasted no time in tasting this dish. The fish, roasted to perfection, was topped with capers and a side of arugula with grapefruit. It was the perfect meal to end our dining experience.
