Q & A with Morgan Williams

Life moves at a blinding pace. We are constantly bombarded with information on how to stay healthy and fit, and can often times find ourselves overwhelmed, tired and frustrated. There is a saying that goes, “If it is important to you, you will make time for it.” Unfortunately, when it comes to health and fitness, you need more than time. You need an effective and safe plan that is appropriate for your body and abilities. When we play a guessing game with information, devote time and efforts, and don’t see immediate results, we can find ourselves feeling defeated and eventually quitting and falling back into our old unhealthy eating habits and inactive lifestyles. What is the solution? In this world of technology, we often eliminate the human element. A meal plan cannot check in on us to see how we are feeding our bodies. A workout plan cannot check if we have walked those two miles after dinner, but when have a professional in health and fitness, who can guide us to success, we are held accountable, and we have the confidence moving forward that we can achieve our goals. Morgan not only brings her expertise and a plethora of information, she brings her charismatic and joy filled personality that motivates you to stay positive and make healthy choices. She enjoys educating her clients and providing effective solutions for weight-loss. Her website includes healthy food options, detox recipes and convenient work out plans. Morgan is currently traveling in Lithuania with her family and preparing to return to the Houston area this Summer. We caught up with her to learn more about her company and find out how we can take steps towards a healthier life.

CGS: Where do you call home?

MW: Katy, Texas

CGS: When did your passion for health and fitness begin?

MW: Officially about 10 years ago when I had graduated college & was out on my own. I knew I needed to take care of myself physically because at the time I had a high-pressured job and needed the energy & strength.

CGS: Tell us about your company LLM Productions. What services do you provide?

MW: When I created my company 9 years ago, I named this for my first published book “Life, Love and Moving Forward”. I always feel like God had His perfect hand in that one because now I look at it with an added bonus title...Lorenzo, Logan & Morgan. My whole world, my little family.

I offer a range of health & fitness services that include speaking to groups about health & nutrition, group fitness, and custom meal plans and workouts.

CGS: As a Health & Fitness expert, how do you guide your followers and clients?

MW: I always start with their ultimate goal. Where do you see yourself 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and one year from now? And then I customize their plans to make sure that those goals are attainable and we can make them happen!

CGS: What is your most popular workout plan you offer on your website?

MW: The most popular plan is my combination plan of 4 weeks of custom meal plans & 4 weeks of custom workouts.

CGS: Summer is quickly approaching, and many people resort to extreme measures to shed those last few pounds before vacations or family gatherings. What is your advice to them?
